I’m Richard Dodds — Father, Husband, Producer, Strategist, and Storyteller.
As the founder of Crowned Culture Media, I help creators, coaches, and thought leaders bring their voices to life through podcasting, branding, and marketing rooted in culture and purpose.
For over 15 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of media and meaning, blending podcast production, design, and marketing to create powerful platforms for underrepresented voices. I’ve produced hundreds of podcast episodes on everything from relationships to social justice, always guided by a simple belief: storytelling shapes how we see ourselves, our communities, and our future.
My work is deeply grounded in culture. I see stories not just as content, but as a living expressions of identity, memory, and pride. Helping people find and own their voice is what drives me, because when someone can speak their truth with clarity and confidence, they begin to reclaim their power.
At the center of it all is community. I don’t just produce shows, I help build spaces where people feel seen, heard, and empowered. Whether I’m leading a brand workshop or shaping the tone of a new podcast, my goal is always to create connection through storytelling.
“Don’t judge a book by its cover, but make sure your cover matches your content, because not everyone will take the time to read.”
My mother always told me, “Don’t judge a book by its cover, but make sure your cover matches your content, because not everyone will take the time to read.” That reminder stays with me in every project I take on. It’s why I care so much about how people present themselves, how they sound, and how their message is received.
If you’re ready to use your voice to build something meaningful, I’m here to help with strategy, creativity, and care every step of the way.
